Mr Watkins has held senior management roles in various construction companies for many projects in Papua New Guinea.

Jason has 20+ years’ experience leading teams to success in the civil infrastructure and mining sectors.

A strong safety culture, providing a quality end product and delivering on the client’s expectations are fundamental values that Jason instils on daily operations of the business. With a background in managing all aspects of construction, Jason brings the necessary skills to take HBS to the next level.

Kane Whitelegg

General Manager

Extensive hands-on experience, gained over the past 25 years, in managing civil engineering construction contracts; including major road construction, mining, quarrying and concrete production.  Transferring operational management skills to oversee multiple projects and service departments.  Kane heads up HBS’s Operation ensuring service and delivery, focusing on building strong leaders, client relationships and emphasising the importance teamwork and productivity without compromising safety quality and the environment..

Mark Tynan

Dealer Principal

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry and heavy equipment business with more than 27 years’ living and working in PNG.

Having an extensive background in small and multinational business operations, Mark is focused on customer needs and is committed to finding the best solution for any application. Mark’s career knowledge with world leading brands in the transport and machinery sector, ensures he has the experience to contribute widely as Dealer Principal to HBS Machinery operations and our client base.

Richard Nyholt

Operations Manager

Richard has 20 years’ experience successfully managing construction projects across civil infrastructure, urban development and mining resources sectors.

He is passionate in developing a workplace that embraces safety first and employee well-being, through a positive team culture that focuses on performing and inclusiveness.  Richard is inspired to find value adding solutions for our clients, through; best construction practices, sustainable business approaches, efficient project delivery and optimum engineering solutions.
